1) Do you make custom clothing?

Absolutely! We can bring any of your ideas to life (except for full copies of other brands’ products).

2) I have an idea for a print/embroidery — can you apply it to the clothing?

Yes! Our in-house designer can draw your idea in front of you and then make it real.

3) What is your size chart?

If you have a non-standard size, we can take your measurements or you can send them to us before placing an order — and we’ll create a tailored garment for you 🙌

4) Do you accept returns?

According to the Consumer Protection Law, returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days, excluding the day of receipt, unless a longer period is stated. Returns are only accepted if the items are unworn, have tags intact, and no foreign odors (including kitchen or sweat). Returns are not possible if the item has custom elements (except our i-CHEF branding), or was made to order.

5) Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Depending on the destination, we choose the most convenient delivery method for you (excluding aggressor countries).

6) Where can I try on the items in person?

Our studio is located in Kyiv, 69 Saksahanskoho Street. We are open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekdays.

7) How much does name embroidery cost?

Name embroidery costs 345 ₴

8) What is the production time for custom orders?

Lead time depends on complexity, but on average it takes 8 to 15 working days (weekdays, excluding holidays and emergency interruptions).

9) Can I use cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery is temporarily unavailable.
