Computer embroidery
On a professional embroidery machine
– Classic embroidery
Our design engineer will turn any of your vector logos into a custom application where each stitch will be hand-pulled to match the logo as closely as possible.
– Chevron
The difference between a chevron and regular embroidery is that the logo is a separately embroidered detail (patch) that can be sewn onto the product.
– Volumetric embroidery
A method of embroidery using foam rubber to create volume. The technology is not suitable for every logo, but only for closed, one-piece images, as shown in the example.
Printing on fabric
We use a variety of classic and modern printing technologies to give fabrics a special charm. Our company offers to print your logo using the following methods:
– Flex/flock film printing
The image is cut out of a smooth vinyl film with a special adhesive layer on the substrate, and then fixed to the product using a heat press. Flex film application allows for a wide variety of effects: metallic (gold, silver, steel), holographic, reflective, imitation animal prints, glitter, etc;
– Silk screen printing
The image is first divided into separate layers (one colour on a separate layer). Each of these layers is then transferred to a stencil, and then applied one by one to the fabric through the stencils. Silk-screen printing on T-shirts is distinguished by high wear resistance, the ability to use types of inks with different effects: foil, three-dimensional image, etc.
– Direct digital printing
The printer applies the image directly to the product. This method, unlike the previous ones, does not limit the number of colours.
